1. Bookings and Cancellations

All booking requests are subject to vehicle availability. Cancellations made within 2 hours of the scheduled pickup time may incur a cancellation fee.

2. Chauffeur and Passenger Safety

Our chauffeurs are instructed to adhere strictly to local traffic laws and safety standards. Passengers are required to wear seat belts at all times.

3. Billing and Cost Center Tagging

Corporate accounts will be billed on a monthly cycle. Payments must be processed within the agreed credit term from the invoice date.
